A box a day keeps the chaos away.
A pill-system designed to help young adults tackle medication adherence.
What is STACK?
STACK is a weekly pill system built for young adults with busy, unpredictable lives. Seven stackable pillboxes create a seamless daily routine—grab from the bottom, deposit at the top. Clear day and night symbols make it intuitive, while a compact, portable design keeps medication accessible on the go. Refills are streamlined with a sorting tray that speeds up the process. By tackling consistency, user friendliness, and cost, STACK turns a daily task into an effortless habit.

Research
I conducted research through surveys, interviews, and a competitive analysis. This left me with three major insights to address when designing a device for medication adherence.

Process
I moved onto creating sketches, concepts, prototypes. I had to explore other ideas before arriving at STACK—a combination of solutions.

Final Result - STACK
After several iterations, I was able to make a working high-fidelity prototype of STACK.
